Toby is the Policy Lead at Euclid Network (EN), working to raise the voice of social enterprises and the organisations that support them in Brussels and across Europe. He represents EN is several high level groups including the European Commission’s Youth Entrepreneurship Policy Academy, the Commission’s Expert Group on Cohesion Funds and the UN’s Interagency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy. Toby also works closely with peer networks to help identify and make the most of synergies between the different actors in the social economy. Toby also leads the European Social Enterprise Monitor project which now collects data in over 30 European countries. Toby has an MA in European Policy from the University of Amsterdam and joined the EN team in 2020 after a traineeship in the European Parliament in Brussels.
