A feminist by training and experience, Joséphine has been responsible for developing Empow’Her in France and in Europe since 2015. She specializes in gender mainstreaming in social entrepreneurship, on which she has already conducted two studies on the obstacles present for women.
She is now the operations director for Empow’Her in Europe.
