Iara Beekma Reis has an academic background in International Relations with an MSc in Development Studies. She recently joined New ERA as Head of Advocacy and Stakeholder Management. Iara has built her career in various roles and industries, including in South America, where she scoped and led projects interfacing multilevel stakeholders for Amazon conservation. Prior to this, Iara worked as a diplomat and policy advisor for the Bolivian government at various intergovernmental organizations.
